In Windows, you may notice the Folding@home system tray icon in the bottom panel next to the clock. Its icon is a multicolored molecule. If you don’t see it, it may be hidden in the icon overflow area. Right clicking on it shows a menu of further options. It offers quick access to the same controls as the Folding Power slider in Web Control. From the menu you can also open Advanced Control, an interface with more advanced controls and options; and the Protein Viewer, which shows a 3D animation of the protein your computer is currently working on. Finally, you can shut down (Quit) Folding@home completely if you wish. Alternately, the folding slots may be Paused, and Un-paused later.
